This weekend-s half-time entertainment at the Westfield W-League match between Canberra United and Adelaide United will be a celebrity mascot race that should not be missed!

The ‘Canberra United Cup- will include the likes of Brumby Jack, Hogster from Hogsbreath, Tommy Tenpin, Gymmy from Club Lime, The Monaro Panther, Jillaroo and our very own Canberra United Leprachaun! We also expect a guest appearance from Mrs. Claus!

The mascots will be running through a physically draining course which will be won by the first to score a goal at the final stretch with commentary provided by 104.7-s ‘Kiwi- Gee. So bring the kids and your camera for the biggest sporting event of the weekend.

Surely to be a race not to be forgotten anytime soon!

Canberra United face Adelaide United in Week Five of the Westfield W-League at Deakin Stadium, Grosse Street, Deakin with kick off at 5pm. Tickets are available from the gate on match day priced at $10 adults, $5 concessions with children under-12 admitted free.
